Blue Sky Qigong & Tai Chi

Blue Sky

Qi is the life energy and the spring of our health and Zhineng Qigong is a meditative exercise with energy healing.  It’s easy to learn, enjoyable and the peaceful flowing movements improve our health, spine, posture, flexibility, pelvic floor muscles, and energy.  In the classes, we not only practise the movements but also meditate and discuss the theories.  As the class number is limited to 7, the guidance is individual and everyone exercises at their own pace.  We also practise Tai Chi for fun.

“I don’t need to take any medication for my hay fever this spring after Qigong practice.  My posture has improved and a stubborn baby pouch from 2 children has gone.”  - Amber Culling

“Almost immediately I could feel Qigong providing the ability for my mind to be in the “here” and “now” which helped me to get back in touch with my essence I can feel a strengthening of my core and my back is feeling better supported and more flexible.”  - Veronika Phillips
